Abstract
This study attempts to examine the impact of leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and rewards on employee performance. The sampling method in this study used a non-random sampling method with a convenience sampling method with primary data. The population of this study is 248 employees with a sample of 75 employees. The data were processed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis showed that 88.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by leadership style, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and rewards. Remuneration is the factor that most affects the performance of an employee, this can be seen from the highest value of the standardized coefficient.
