Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know, analyze and study the influence, both simultaneously and partially, from visionary leadership, organizational culture, competence and motivation to employee commitment and its implication on employee performance of PT Telkom Tbk Head Office. The method used in this research, using descriptive and verificative method. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, with a sample of 390 respondents. The analytical tool used is path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of the analysis have a very significant influence, from visionary leadership, organizational culture, competence and motivation to employee commitment of 75.85, as well as there is a very significant influence of commitment to employee performance of 81.13%.
