THE INFLUENCE OF PRODUCT COMPLETENESS AND SHOPPING CONVENIENCE ON PURCHASE DECISIONS AT MINIMARKET SHAFA MART IN BATAM CITY
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product completeness and convenience of shopping at Shafa Mart minimarkets in Batam City. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents and the determination of the number of samples used the lemshow formula. In this study the analysis was carried out using the SPSS V.26 application. As for the data testing techniques in this study, namely the validity test, reliability test, normality test, determination test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on the results of multiple correlation analysis, it shows that the Adjusted R Square is 0.324. thus means that the product completeness variable (X1) and shopping convenience (X2) have a simultaneous effect on the Y variable by 32.4 percent and the rest are not included in this research research.
