THE INFLUENCE OF JOB TRAINING, WORK SAFETY, AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. AMTEK PLASTIC BATAM

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important things in achieving goals and advancing an organization. Employee performance growth can make the organization easy to progress and develop in achieving organizational goals with various aspects of indicators that influence it. Employee performance is due to job training provided to employees and safety in every work process, giving rise to work discipline in every process that will be carried out by PT Amtek Plastic Batam using 198 respondents. Quantitative Research. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous significant influence between job training, work safety and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Amtek Plastic Batam.
