Turnover Intention Viewed From Work Motivation, Workload And Compensation At CV. Torta Indonesia
Abstract
One of the social phenomena that must be addressed and considered in the management of human resource management is turnover intention. Because human resources are an important component of an organization within the company. So it needs productive management to be able to achieve company goals. Meanwhile, high turnover intention will be very detrimental to the company, especially if those who do turnover are employees who have good achievements and performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of work motivation, workload and compensation partially and simultaneously on Turnover Intention of employees of CV Torta Indonesia. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach and this type of causality research, with a sampling technique using a saturated sample of 30 respondents. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and workload on turnover intention, there is a negative and significant effect between compensation on turnover intention, and a significant simultaneous effect between work motivation, workload and compensation on employee turnover intention of CV Torta Indonesia. The results of this study are expected to be input and material for consideration at CV Torta Indonesia, especially in the phenomenon of turnover intention by considering the factors of work motivation, workload and compensation received by employees of CV Torta Indonesia.
